Do you offer framed prints?
Yes! We offer both framed and unframed options. Our frames are made from sustainably grown flooded gum and come with a lightweight, shatterproof acrylic glazing.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide with free standard shipping on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Regional or remote areas may take a little longer.
What is your production time?
All prints are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production prior to shipping.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As each print is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Are the colours true to what I see online?
We do our best to ensure colours appear as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind that screen colours can vary slightly from the final printed product.
Do you take custom size or location requests?
We’re always open to custom enquiries! If you’d like a specific size or are interested in a particular location that’s not listed, feel free to contact us via the contact page or Instagram DM.
What sizes are available for your prints?
We currently offer A3, A2, and A1 size options. If you’re after something different, get in touch!
