Shipping policy

Shipping Regions
We ship exclusively within Australia.

Production Time
Unframed prints: Normally shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is placed.
Framed prints: Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. 
During busy periods (Pre Christmas, Mid January, Mother’s Day & EOFY) the production times may increase to 10 days for unframed prints, production time for framed prints is generally the same throughout these periods.

Shipping Times
Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to arrived after shipping notification is received. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Shipping Fees
Free standard shipping on all orders.

Tracking Information
Customers will receive email confirmation upon order being shipped.

International Shipping
Unfortunately we only ship within Australia. This something we hope to offer in the future.

Lost or Damaged Orders
For orders lost during transit please send us a message via our contact page. For any orders that arrive damaged, please refer to our refund policy.

Express Shipping
We do not offer express shipping at this time. This is something we are looking to have available in the future, so stay tuned.
