Refund policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, due to order being custom made for each customer. We encourage customers to make every effort to select the correct product, as these reasons are not eligible for a return.
For items damaged during delivery, replacements will be considered upon providing proof of damage. To initiate the replacement process, please contact info@nostalgia35.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include detailed information on the damage, supported by photo proof of both the artwork and the damage to the box or tube.
Upon receiving your request, we will assess the damage and contact you with the outcome. If the replacement is accepted, we will notify you and organise the delivery of the replacement item.
